1 c. scalded milk
2 T. margarine
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 yeast cake
1 egg, seperated
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl put in milk, margarine, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast, egg yolk and 1 1/2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Add egg white, beaten stiff and the rest of the flour. Let rise 2 hours. Form into balls, let stand half hour. Bake at 375*
