1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. warm water
2 packages yeast
2 eggs, beaten
5 - 6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large warm bowl, sprinkle yeast in and stir until dissolved. Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Knead until elastic. Place in greased bowl, turn to grease top. Cover with damp towel and let rise until double. Punch down, shape into balls, place on greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 375* for 15 - 20 minutes.
