Alfredo Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 cups grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Pasta Milano:
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp roasted garlic
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes
1 tsp fresh parsley
2 oz chicken stock
3-5 oz cooked chicken (rotisserie is best)
1 cup alfredo sauce
4 oz cooked bowtie pasta (2 cups cooked)
1 tbls fresh grated parmesan cheese

For alfredo sauce:
Melt butter over med-low heat, add cream and simmer 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese and whisk heating through. Stir in parsley.

For Pasta Milano:
Heat saute pan and add olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, chicken stock, garlic and chicken. Add alfredo sauce and pasta and toss. Put in large pasta bowl and garnish with parsley, parmesan cheese, fresh tomato and basil.
