2 cups flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 2/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350º. Sift the dry ingredients together. Set aside. Mix the eggs, vanilla, & mayonnaise together. Beat into the dry mixture alternately with the water, ending with the flour. Pour into the prepared pan & bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool & frost.
