1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cloves
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Combine raisins, nuts, flour, salt and spices. Set aside. Dissolve soda in persimmon pulp. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg then pulp. Stir in flour mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350* about 15 minutes.
