1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 2/3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 t. vanilla

Frosting:
1/4 c. butter
1 oz. chocolate
3 T. milk
2 c. conf. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugars; cream well. Add eggs and vanilla. Cream. Add dry ingredients. Blend in nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Make a depression in center of each before and during baking. Bake at 350*. When cool, fill depression with frosting

Frosting:
Melt butter and chocolate. Add milk. Stir. Heat throughly. Add conf. sugar and vanilla; mix well.
