3 liters water
1/2 stick of farmer sausage, cut in bite size pieces
2 cups beet leaves or spinach, chopped
1/2 cup onion greens, chopped
1/3 cup dill greens, finely cut
2 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6-7 cups cubes potatoes
1 cup buttermilk
1/8 cup whipping cream
















Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 liters of water in large pot. Add sausage, beet leaves, onion greens, dill, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the potatoes, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add butter milk and cream. Simmer a few minutes and serve.
