6 T. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Glaze:
1/2 c. conf. sugar
1 T. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, remove from heat and stir in sugar, applesauce, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Spread in greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Cool briefly in pan.
Glaze:
Combine conf. sugar and orange juice until smooth. Dribble over brownies.
