6 large potatoes, washed & cut into fat strips like cottage fries. You may peel them first, if desired.
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp.grated dry Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a 13x9x2" baking dish. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper, Parmesan, & salt. Coat the potato strips with the flour mixture. Place them in single layer in melted butter in baking pan. Turn once to coat with melted butter. Bake one hour at 375º, turning about halfway through the cooking time so the other side browns.
