2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. butter, soft
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
4 c. Kellogg's Special K
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients, coconut, nuts and raisins; mix well. Stir in Special K. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375* 12 - 14 minutes, or until lightly browned.
