Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Chicken Boneless - 1lb cut into cubes
Beans - 1/2 lb cut lenghtwise
carrots - 1/2 lb or less cut frenchstyle
Potatoes - 3/4 of a large one cut into cubes
Penne pasta - 1/4 lb or less
Water - 9 to 10 cups
Salt - to taste
black pepper - 1/4 tsp or more
vinegar - to taste
garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
oil - 1 to 2 tbl
Wheat flour or regular - 2 to 4 tbl

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a pot and add chicken and salt and pepper, sauté for 10 minutes and keep aside
Boil water and add pasta
After 5 minutes add all the vegetables and cook until soft
Take flour and sauté in a little bit of oil and dissolve in water in a cup
Pour the flour mixture into the stew while stirring until it reaches a desired consistency
Check spices and add a little big of vinegar.
Serve with French or sourdough bread.
