1 - 5 pound pot roast (any type)
5 - jarred pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 c juice
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package au jus mix
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in large crock pot
Dump jar of peppers with juice over the top of roast
Shake package mixes over the top
Place cube of butter on top
Cook on low for 8 hours

Remove roast from crock pot. Let rest 10 minutes
Can make gravy with juice after straining out peppers or use for French dips.
