1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves of garlic,chopped
3 cups of water
1 can (29 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (14.5) fire roasted tomatoes
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried oregano
3 tbsp. hot sauce (I don't use this much)
1 tsp. of garlic powder
2 cups elbow macaroni
salt, pepper, & parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the beef and onion and continue to cook. Add all remaining ingredients, except the macaroni, and cover with lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then stir in macaroni and simmer for another 30 minutes. Let it stand for about 20 minutes before serving. Serve with garlic bread.
