aka Vietnamese Chicken

1/2 c chicken bouillon granules
1/2 c sriracha sauce
1/2 c honey
1/2 c cooking oil
1/2 c pureed shallots
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
20 kaffir lime leaves, chopped fine
24 whole jumbo chicken wings or thighs
1 c cilantro leaves for garnish
1 c roasted peanuts, chopped for garnish

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and marinate the chicken in the mixture overnight. Chicken may be grilled or roasted. Garnish and serve.
