Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cans Eagle Brand Milk
1 - 12oz. pkg. of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 - 12oz. pkg. of milk chocolate chips
1 - 6 oz. pkg. of semi sweet chocolate chips
1- 6 oz. pkg. of white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup of broken pecans

Directions:
Directions:
First prepare an 8x8 or 9x7 pan. butter sides and bottom. Line with two pieces of plastic wrap (such as Saran wrap not cling wrap). Long enough to lay in bottom of pan and wrap over the top of candy. Lay the other piece of Saran the other direction. That makes it easier to remove from pan when ready to cut into pieces. ( A Pyrex dish can also be used instead of a pan.)

In large glass microwavable bowl with handle. Add all chips to Eagle Brand Milk. Microwave 1- 1/2 minutes. Then stir, continue to cook at one
minute intervals until almost melted. Next add vanilla and stir until mixture is smooth. Quickly stir in pecans and pour into prepared pan or dish. Let cool outside of refrigerator until set. Then fold plastic wrap over the top and cover with foil. refrigerate at least an hour before serving. This is very rich. I cut it into 3/4 " pieces. I only cut as many pieces as I'm going to serve. Keep remainder in refrigerator tightly cover or in zip lock bag.

* The fresher the pecans the better it will taste.

This recipe makes about 84 -3/4' pieces
Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I changed this from the original recipe because I first put too much chocolate.. When I realized it, I had to add more Eagle Brand. I used the whole can because I didn't want to waste it. so then it needed more chocolate chips but I didn't have enough, so I decided to add white chocolate, It was so good that I'll probably always use part white chocolate.
