1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg yolk
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 T. water
1 c. flour
1/8 t. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
Topping:
1 egg white
1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together brown sugar, sugar, shortening, egg yolk, vanilla and water. Add dry ingredients. Spread with topping. Bake at 350* in greased 8x8 pan.
