1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
3 T. cinnamon
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or raisins
Glaze:
2 c. confectioner sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, oil, water, eggs and sour cream. Beat until well blended. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans or raisins. Pour 1/2 cake batter into pan. Spread 1/2 sugar, cinnamon and nut mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over that. Spread remaining sugar, cinnamon and nut mixture on top. Swirl with knife blade. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in center of cake comes out clean.
Glaze: Mix confectioner sugar, vanilla and milk together until no lumps remain. Drizzle over cake while still hot.

Recipe calls for 1 c. pecans or raisins. I use 1/2 cup of pecans and 1/2 cup of raisins.
