1 c. oil
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients. Fold in 1 t. soda, and 1 t. cream of tartar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
