1 Box Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix
1 Small Box Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 c. of milk
Icing Ingredients:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioner sugar
1 c. granulates sugar
1 16 oz. carton cool whip
6 grated Hershey Bar's

Prepare Cake:

Preheat oven to 325º

Combine dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into three round 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick stuck in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cakes for 12 to 15 minutes on a wire cake rack.

Prepare Icing:

Soften cream cheese. Add sugars. Mix well. Add cool whip, mix until well blended. Add Hershey Bars (5 1/2 bars) Frost cake spreading icing in between layers and covering the outside of cake. Sprinkle with remaining grated Hershey Bars. Refrigerate cake overnight. Set cake out 15 minutes before serving.
