1 gal. sliced cucumbers
2 cups sliced onions
1/2 cup salt
Let this stand for 3 hours

Add:
4 cups sugar
2 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Tumeric
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
2 cups vinegar
Heat this but do not boil
Simmer for 3 minutes and can

Got this receipe from Agatha Jorae, my Grandmother. Not a lot of directions. I made them and had my Dad, Bernard Jorae, taste them. He said "Yep, that's how Mom's tasted".
