2 lbs. haddock
milk
cracker crumbs such as Ritz
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Cut haddock into serving size pieces. Dunk the fish pieces into the milk and then coat with the crumbs. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle top with extra crumbs.

Combine the melted butter with the honey. Drizzle over the fish.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes.

Broil to brown and crisp top if desired.
