3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups raisins
5 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Pan boil raisins, strain and fold in dry mix.
Melt butter
Beat egg and add to one cup of milk
Add melted butter.
Combine wet and dry mixtures

Place in a round, black frying pan and bake for 47 minutes at 350 degrees.

While warm coat top with butter, sugar and milk
