2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
1 cup confectionary sugar
2 boxes of instant lemon pudding mix
3 cups of milk
Directions:
Directions:
Knead together flour and softened butter until well mixed.
Place in a pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees

Mix soft cream cheese with I cup cool whip and I cup confectionary sugar.

Once the base is cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on.

Mix together the pudding mix and milk until pudding forms.
Refrigerate until thick.

Add the next layer and finish with a layer of cool whip.
