12 c. brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 egg
2 medium peeled and chopped apples
½ C chopped nuts.
½ tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 C flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream ½ C butter, ½ C. brown sugar, ½ C. white sugar.

Add 1 egg

Stir in 2 medium peeled and chopped apples. ½ C chopped nuts.
Add ½ tsp. Baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 C flour.8X8 pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
