3 pound pork roast
2 - 3 apples; sliced
4 - 6 slices of bacon; cooked about half way
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Fry bacon until half way cooked

Slice roast - about 1 inch slices

Place roast in crockpot. Add apples in the slices of the roast. Top with bacon, Add brown sugar. Cook on low for about eight hours.
