4 center cut pork chops, lightly browned in a skillet
3 potatoes, peeled & sliced
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or cream of potato)
8 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place browned pork chops in a casserole dish. Top with potato slices. Combine soup, evaporated milk, & water; pour over potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Cover & bake 1 hour at 325º, then uncover & bake 20 minutes more.
