16 oz. pkg. jumbo shell macaroni
4 cups your favorite bottled spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt (opt)
8 oz. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 cups spaghetti sauce into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain & rinse with cold water. Combine ricotta, egg, parsley, salt, & Parmesan. Fill each pasta shell with ricotta mixture. Place shells side-by-side into the baking dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese & remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, covered, at 375º.
