2 boneless chicken breasts, split
4 strips bacon

seasoned salt
Worcestershire sauce
butter
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper, onions, & mushrooms in butter until crisp-tender; set aside. Coat chicken with Worcestershire sauce & season with seasoning salt. Place 1 slice of Cheddar & 1 slice of mozzarella on a piece of chicken. Top with other half & wrap with bacon. Repeat with other split chicken breast. Put each breast on a large piece of foil. Put half the veggies around the each breast of chicken. Wrap each piece of chicken with foil to make a packet. Grill over Low heat for 15 minutes, flipping at least once. Check to be sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
May bake foil packets in the oven on a cookie sheet. I cook them at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, then check to see if they need to cook longer.
