1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1 pkg frozen stir fry vegetables
1/3 cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce (fish sauce)
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onions, chopped
10 Boston lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
Chop stir fry veggies coarsely; add to the pan. Stir in Teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, ginger, vinegar, and oil. Stir fry over medium high heat for five minutes.
Add garlic. Cook one minute.
Remove from heat, add onions.

Place scant 1/2 cup mixture on each lettuce leaf, fold.
