5 lbs. Ground Beef
4 T. Chili Powder
4 T. Paprika
2 tsp. Salt
2 Med Onions (Chopped)
2 C. Tomato Sauce
2 C. Soda Crackers (Finely Ground)

To Serve
1 Chili Brick
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 (16oz) Can Diced Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef slowly and drain. Add chili powder, paprika salt and onions. Simmer until onion is tender. Add tomato sauce and cook slowly for at least two hours. Remove from heat. Add soda cracker crumbs. Press into 13 X 9 inch pan. cool. Cut into 12 squares and freeze.

SLOW COOKING IS IMPORTANT!!!!!

To serve:
Add 1 cup water, kidney beans, canned tomatoes and more seasoning if desired, to one brick of chili. Simmer until hot.
