round steak, cut into palm size servings
medium-size potatoes, peeled & quartered
medium-size onions, peeled & quartered
1 large bottle of ketchup (about 24 oz.)
1 ketchup bottle of water (24 oz.)
about 1/4 cup sugar
oil for browning meat

Directions:
In a skillet, brown round steak in oil. Remove meat from skillet; place meat in a roaster pan. Set aside. Put potatoes & onion in the skillet; toss to coat with the pan drippings. Spread potatoes & onion over meat in roasting pan. Combine ketchup & water; pour over vegetables. Sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake in a preheated 400º oven until it starts bubbling, then reduce heat to 350.º Continue cooking until the meat is cooked & tender. May add more water, if needed, during cooking.
