Pie Crust:
1/3 C. margarine melted
1 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
1/4 C.Sugar
Strawberry Pie Filling:
Package of strawberry Jello-O
3/4 C. hot water
3/4 C. cold water
1 lb strawberries, washed. Sliced if desired
French Silk pie filling.
3/4. C. margarine, softened
7/8 C. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Topping:
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/2 C. sugar

Pie Crust: Mix graham crackers, margarine, and sugar until well blended. Press mixture into an 8 or 9 in. pie plate. Bake ate 370 degrees for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
Strawberry French Silk Pie: Prepare Jell-O like normal, but with 3/4 cups hot water, and 3/4 cups cold water. Layer strawberries in cooled pie crust.. Pour cooled, thickened Jell-O over strawberries. Refrigerate till firm. Cream butter in mixing bowl, gradually adding sugar. Stir in cooled melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 to 5 minutes at high speed between each egg. Pour into baked pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Topping: Whip all ingredients until stiff. Spread over pie after it is set.
