Casserole:
15 oz. can creamed corn
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk, or cream
a few saltines, crushed
Topping:
1 cup crushed saltines
1 tsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir casserole ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased deep casserole dish. For topping, combine crushed saltines & melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes, or until slightly thickened & bubbly.
