1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
2 c. peanut butter chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat well. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10 - 12 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from sheet.
