2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 packets taco seasoning
6 large tortillas ( mission carb balance)
4 cups shredded taco cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
Tony chachere's to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onions and Tony's , then drain. Add taco seasoning and stir. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream in a separate bowl. In a 9x13 casserole dish spread half sour cream mixture . Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture. Add half of the ground beef over top and add a layer of cheese. Then repeat another layer. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
