1 Chicken (large-fryer)
1/4 C. Flour
1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 C. Rice (uncooked and rinsed)
3 C. Water
1 envelope. Lawry's Spanish Rice Mix
1 Green Pepper (large and cut in strips)
1 C. Green stuffed Olive (spanish)

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the chicken and brown in the oil. Place rice in 10 cup baking pan, then arrange the browned chicken on the top of rice. Stir water into chicken dripping in the frying pan. Blend in season mix and heat to boiling. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover and bake at 350º until chicken is tender about 1 hour. Uncover and top with green pepper and olives and continue to bake until liquid is absorbed about 5 minutes or more.
