2 small boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c cold 1% or skim milk
1 small tub of Cool Whip Light or Fat Free
Graham Crackers
3 tbsp melted chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together pudding and milk according to package directions for pudding on box. Stir in Cool Whip until well combined. In a 9x9 pan, put down a layer of graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers and smooth out. Put down another layer of graham crackers and top with remaining pudding mixture and smooth out. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Take the melted chocolate and drizzle over graham crackers. Let sit overnight in refrigerator before serving.

This is a good dessert just like this but leave it to our family to change it up. You can substitute sugar free chocolate pudding and chocolate graham crackers for an all chocolate pudding. You can also use regular pudding if you cannot find the sugar free version.
