Ingredients:  
1/4 cup each of seasoned and unseasoned rice vinegar
1 large shallot peeled and minced
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 bunch cilantro finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. When serving stir the Hogwash sauce before to include all the goodies in the bottom of the bowl. Place a tsp. of sauce over freshly shucked oysters. Use Hogwash the same day as made.
