1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. ground beef
1 vidalia onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 cups of water
1 (29oz) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5) cans fire roasted tomatoes
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried oregano
3 Tbsp. hot sauce ( I dont use this much)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups elbow macaroni
salt to taste
pepper to taste
parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the beef and brown add the onion and continue to cook, until tender. Add all remaining ingredients, except the macaroni, and cover with lid simmer for about 20 min. Then stir in macaroni then simmer for another 30 minutes. Let it Stand for 20 min before serving. Serve with garlic bread and garnish.
