30 cupcake liners
30 vanilla wafers
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 (8oz) packages cream cheese
1 can pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese. Beat until light and fluffy. Line cupcake pan with liners. Place a wafer in each. Fill cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with a spoonful of pie filling. Chill until set.
