8 to 12 cups all purpose flour
3 packages dry yeast
2 Tablespoons salt
2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 quart and 1 cup lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm water into a large warm mixing bowl. Put in dry yeast. Let set till yeast dissolves (5 to 10 minutes). Add salt, sugar, and vegetable oil and stir. Add 4 cups flour and stir well. Add 4 more cups of flour, stir again. Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead adding a cup of flour at a time until the dough holds together. Place in a well greased large bowl and cover with a clean dish towel. Let rise until double, about 2 hours. Punch dough down and pinch off fist sized balls and place them on a greased baking pan. Cover with dish towel and let rise again, till double about 1 hour. Place in preheated 250º oven and bake until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter.
