1 clove Garlic chopped
1 Large Onion
1 Large Head Cabbage
Butter

1 Lb. Meat Loaf Mix
1 Cup Cooked Rice - add 1 tsp. salt to water when cooking rice.
1 Egg
1 Small onion
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt


1 to 2 Large Cans of Tomato Soup or 4/5 small cans

Cut core from cabbage; place cabbage in large pot with water. Boil until the cabbage leaves come off. Continue until most of the the leave are off.

Chop remaining cabbage, garlic and onion. Sauté in butter until soft.

In a large bowl mix meat, cooked rice, grated onion, egg, salt and pepper.

Place a small amount of mixture into each cabbage leaf and roll up. Place on top of cabbage & onions mixture.
Add tomato soup mixed with a little water and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
