1 can whole kernel yellow corn, partially drained
1 can cream style yellow corn
1 (8oz) container of sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick salted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into lightly oiled casserole dish or tin.

Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until top is no longer loose and is golden brown.
Cool....cut into squares and Enjoy!
