2 1/4 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup milk

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, butter, lemon juice, and milk together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over potato mixture, and bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until light brown.
