1 bunch broccoli, bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, bite size pieces
1 can pitted ripe olives
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can sliced mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Add Italian dressing; refrigerate overnight.

This recipe came from Linda Searby. Sometimes I add 2 cans of olives because I really like ripe olives! I have also added baby carrots and grape tomatoes. You might want to add more or less dressing depending on your taste.
