1 8 oz. package cream cheese, soft
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon. salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in bowl the first 5 ingredients. Spread out pecans on a piece of waxed paper. Carefully spoon mixture in a ball in the middle of the pecans. Press remaining pecans around ball and wrap up in waxed paper. The paper will help you shape the ball.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with crackers.
