2 c bread cubes
3 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 c sour cream
4 tbsp flour
2 tsp tomato paste
2 c beef bouillon
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
1 tsp salt
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch garlic salt
buttered noodles

Directions:

1. Add 2 cups bread cubes to 1/2 cup of milk. Squeeze dry and add to 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef.

2. Chop 1 onion and saute in margarine. Add to beef.

3. Add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp dried mixed herbs, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1/4 tsp peppers and 3 beaten eggs to beef and mix well.

4. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. In a pan brown in margarine with a pinch of garlic salt until done. Remove from pan. Drain fat from pan.

5. In the pan blend 4 tbsp flour, 2 tsp tomato paste, 2 cups beef bouillon and cook over low heat until thickened.

6. Before serving stir in 1 cup sour cream. Blend well with meat balls, heat and serve on or with buttered noodles.
