1 12 oz bag of washed and steamed green beans
1 small onion
5 cloves of fresh garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasonings
1 tbsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
4 tbsp of butter

Step 1
In a large stock pot of well salted boiling water boil your green beans until bright green in color and tender crisp, roughly 4-5 minutes. Drain and shock in a bowl of ice water to stop from cooking.

Step 2
In a skillet, add EVOO and butter, saute the onions, garlic and add the seasoning while cooking the green beans until tender-crisp. Add salt and black pepper, to taste.
