1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup oil
2 eggs (beaten
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups + 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, margarine and oil in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Sift and add remaining ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Roll size of walnut, place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with flat-bottom glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
