1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c ketchup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom of and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder. Add to the meat and mix well. Fill each muffin with about 1/4 c. of the meat mixture. Sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 375º for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.

To flatten the biscuits; I put one at a time between two pieces of wax paper and roll flat with a rolling pin or can.
Granddaughter Averie likes making these and eating them!
These freeze well also.
